Welcome to Bee Manager. By using the application you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorised to use the application.
License
Salvatore Servodio (Servodio Digital) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Bee Manager solely for personal and non-commercial use.
Intellectual Property
The Bee Manager application, including design, graphics, source code, logos, icons, text and features, is the exclusive property of Salvatore Servodio (Servodio Digital). All rights reserved. The names "Servodio Digital" and "Bee Manager" are trademarks of Salvatore Servodio.
In-App Purchases
Bee Manager offers an in-app purchase called Bee Manager Pro priced at $9.99 USD (or equivalent in local currency as determined by Google Play).
- The purchase is a permanent single license — not a subscription
- Payment is charged through Google Play at the time of purchase
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Google Play policy and applicable consumer protection laws
- If you change devices the purchase can be restored through the same Google Play account
- Pro features are subject to future changes — we commit to keeping core features available
User Data
All data entered in the application is stored exclusively on the user's device. Servodio Digital has no access to this data. The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their data using the backup feature available in the application.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for specific purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salvatore Servodio (Servodio Digital) shall not be liable for data loss, decisions made based on application data, indirect or consequential damages, or financial or beekeeping production losses arising from use of the application.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Servodio Digital intends to incorporate under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through an application update or notification. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
